Terms & Conditions

The training program fee is $499.00 per student and is payable in advance. This fee will provide all training materials, coffee and soda for breaks. Hotel accommodations are not included in the price of the course.

The training session will start promptly at 8:30 am and will conclude at approximately 4:00 pm. Personalized Certificates of Completion are awarded to each attendee upon completion of the training program.

Hotel Reservations:
Rooms are available for reservation via online registration. Reserve early and make sure you let the reservations department know you are staying with them in order to attend the LightMetals Industries Seminar. Hotel rooms are extra and should be booked and paid for by the attendee separately.

Cancellations:
Cancellations received 30 days prior to the start of the class will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the start of the class will not be reimbursed, but may be applied to one of our courses later in the year. If for reasons beyond our control the training program is canceled, registrants will be notified and all course payments refunded immediately and this is the limit of our liability. Substitutions may be made at any time.

Right of Refusal:
LightMetals Institute and LightMetals Industries reserve the right to deny admission or cancel and refund registrations that are made by students who are direct competitors in the education, anodizing or hardcoat anodizing businesses.
